HIGH SEASON: Dec 18-Feb 28
VALUE SEASON: April 1-May 31 and Sep 16-Dec 15
Average daily rental rates, by season:
Peak: $200-450
High: $150-275
Value: $95-225
The above rate charts are typical daily rates for each season.
LAST MINUTE SPECIALS may be available! Discounts may be available for weekly, monthly or extended stays.
Certain weeks (i.e. holidays, spring break, events) may be higher.
Please contact me for a quote for your specific dates as the rate may be higher or lower than the average listed above.
Additional fees:
Booking fee: $100
Cleaning fee: $125
Texas state, local and tourism taxes: 17.5%.
Wrist band fees: Wrist bands are required during Spring Break (Mar-Easter) and Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day). (During spring break, they are required for all guests aged 10-30, and during the summer for guests age 10+).
I have paid your wristband fee for you, so you will not be charged for one unless you lose yours and need to buy a replacement.
Damage deposit: You may have us hold a credit card as a security against damages, or pay $250** if not providing a credit card number (fully refundable, assuming no damages)
**Under the age of 25, $750 damage deposit is required or $250 plus a credit card

Confirming a reservation:
The booking fee is paid upfront via credit card. This places a 3 day hold on the condo and initiates the rental agreement and payment instructions for the rent, tax, and cleaning fee.
A deposit of $300 or 40% of the rent (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due in full a minimum of 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Unexpected occurrences such as illness or hurricanes can rapidly change your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is detailed in our rental agreement and is pro-rated based on the length of notice.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is recommended if you are concerned about having to cancel your reservation with less than 60 days notice.

Cashier's check, Money order, Paypal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover), Bank-to-bank Wire Transfer, Wells Fargo Direct Deposit
(Note: All rates quoted reflect a 3% cash payment discount. If not paying by cash, the discount does not apply so amount due would be 3% higher)
