SRING SHOULDER: Mid April to Mid June
VALUE SEASON: Mid Jun through August
FALL SHOULDER: Early Sep to Mid Dec
Average weekly rental rates, by season:
Peak: $2195-2795
High: $1595-2495
Shoulders: $950-2150
Value: $650-1050
LAST MINUTE SPECIALS may be available! Discounts may be available for extended stays.
Holiday and spring break and event week rates vary, and may be higher.

Additional fees:
Booking fee: $100
Cleaning fee: $125
Florida state and local tax: 11.5%.
Refundable damage deposit: you may have us hold a credit card as a security against damages, or pay $250** if not providing a credit card
**Under the age of 25, $750 damage deposit is required or $250 plus a credit card

Confirming a reservation:
The non-refundable booking fee is paid upfront (typically via credit card, but you may choose from any of our payment options). The booking fee places a 3 day hold on the condo and initiates the rental agreement and payment instructions for the rent, tax, and cleaning fee.
A deposit of $300 or 40% of the rent (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due in full a minimum of 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Unexpected occurrences such as illness or hurricanes can rapidly change your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is detailed in our rental agreement and is pro-rated based on the length of notice.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is recommended if you are concerned about having to cancel your reservation with less than 60 days notice. Please click here for more information and travel insurance options
Payment forms accepted:
Cashier's check, Money order, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover), Bank-to-bank Wire Transfer, and Wells Fargo Direct Deposit. Personal checks are accepted for repeat guests and for those paying 6 months or greater in advance.
Note: All rates quoted reflect a 3% cash (or equivalent) payment discount. If paying by credit card or Paypal the discount does not apply so 3% would be added to the amount charged
