​Hello!

My name is Sandy and I would like to welcome you to one of our beachfront condominium vacation rentals!  

I've tried to create a welcoming 'home-away-from-home' where you can escape the stresses of life and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach, in a clean and comfortable space, while enjoying the conveniences you deserve.

What started as a simple desire to have a place of my own to call 'home' on the beach, has turned into a larger mission of helping others also have a place to call home while on vacation. A place to relax and rejuvenate body and spirit, to listen to the ocean and soak in the sun. To walk, read, or simply have a delightful home base for whatever activities you enjoy doing. But most importantly, a place that I truly do want you to feel comfortable in - that is clean and safe, with the amenities you need, and in a location that can't be beat. A place that you would want to return to and come to consider your own private beachfront paradise.

It is such a pleasure for me to have the many guests that I have return every year, and an honor to now call many of them friends.  While this is not a large business and is not my primary job, it is something that I love, and I hope you will feel the difference that caring makes from the moment you step into one of our condos. 

My husband and I have been married over 30 years and have three adult sons who are the light of our lives.  I work in the healthcare field, and my husband works in telecommunications.  We live in a small town in Minnesota, where winters are miserable.  We both love to travel, and particularly love the sun, sand and ocean. On one trip to Mexico we ended up in a rather disgusting hotel (one of those 'package deals' - I should have known).  On that trip we toured the Mayan Palace Resort and fell in love with the cleanliness and beauty of the resort.  We purchased weeks with the Mayan Palace chain of resorts to ensure we always had a wonderful place to stay, and we rent those weeks out when we can't use them.  

A year or so later we started talking about retirement, and the fact that we wanted to someday spend our winters on a beach in the south.  When we discussed where we wanted that to be, one of the conditions was 'continental U.S.' (just in case flights were not an option for our kids in the future, for whatever reason).  We looked at many different locations and fell in love with Lovers Key Florida and bought our first property there.  It is unlike any place else on earth - so private yet close to everything, right on the state park, with dolphins playing in front of the condo daily.  My parents later started wintering in Texas, and we found we also really liked South Padre Island.  We purchased condos there as well so that regardless of which location we traveled to we had a place to call home, where we knew things would be clean and have everything we needed to enjoy our time on beach.  We love spending time in both locations and look forward to spending entire winters there when we retire, but in the meantime have created many wonderful family vacation memories there and rent the condos out so other families can create wonderful memories together as well.

Vacation days are precious and are filled creating memories with your loved ones.  I am thrilled and honored to be a part of making those memories happy ones for you and those you choose to travel with.
